Private Classes

Life is hectic and schedules are impossible. Trying to squeeze a yoga class into your busy day and rushing to a studio ends up creating more stress in your life. Practising yoga in the comfort of your own home is perfect if you have little time  on your hands, want to deepen or level-up your practice, or have special requirements such as health conditions or injuries and want to go at your own pace. Classes are tailored to suit your specific needs allowing you to feel the full benefits of the practice and can be done in person or via Skype.

We believe yoga can be done anywhere, by anyone, at any time. Turn your 'should' into a 'do' today using our 'I Should Do Yoga' series of blog posts. From tight hips and shoulders  to poses for golfers or pregnant women...these quick sequences can be done anywhere you like! Including in front of the TV.
