Join us for a 2-hour workshop designed to help you nail those tricky balancing postures, as well as giving you tips and tricks for maintaining that balance in both body and mind when you get home.

Open to all levels, some yoga experience necessary. Workshop breaks down the key ingredients for successful balancing, including breath work and balancing postures.
