You Go | Do Yoga offers bespoke one-to-one or small group classes catered to the individual or individuals in question, whatever your focus.
Classes can take place at your home, over Skype, or at Chloe's home in Ixelles, Brussels, and no experience is necessary. One-to-one classes start at EUR 30 for a trial 60 minute session. This will include a 15 minute consultation so we can get to the heart of your intention, background and experience in yoga and any injuries or health issues to be worked on. From this we can tailor a series of sessions to suit your personal needs and preferred style of yoga. Sessions can include asanas (postures), pranayama (breathing exercises), meditation and mantras (chanting).
