I've put together 7 days' worth of creative, printable yoga sequences (with cues!) for you to try at home.
Every sequence is open-level, suitable for beginners and more experienced yogis. Each pose is shown with an illustration, the breathing instructions and cues for getting into and out of the pose, as well as how long to hold the pose for. Day 5: Standing and balancing postures, designed to work the legs, core, shoulders and hips!
Day 6: Core, legs and arms!
Day 7: Stretching out all the major muscle groups.
