Connecting to the present moment, coming in to the body, the breath and our surroundings can help us to place some distance between ourselves and our thoughts, and provide an environment in which we can start to unravel them.

Each day you'll receive an email with the link to download a printable PDF worksheet for the following day. Each morning will start with a simple 5-10 minute guided meditation, followed by a simple exercise to complete that day. Don’t worry if you have never meditated before; I will be there to guide you through it. After 5 days you will start to feel more self-aware, calmer and more positive, and you will be equipped with techniques to use in the future as you start to build a mindfulness practice.
