Hi guys! This one came out of a request from a lovely student of mine who is struggling with an old injury and cannot bear weight on her arms; it’s a vinyasa-less flow! This is perfect if you have shoulder, arm or wrist injury and cannot bear weight, or if you simply want to rest after one-too-many chaturungas! No planks, no downward-dog….this is for you!
